Unlovable is a special piece of theatre, both heartwarming and bonkers at the same time.
Jurman is a wonderful, vulnerable clown who effortlessly and deftly interacts with her audience. She excels in exploring the more outrageous elements of her production and has the room in stitches with her physicality and portrayal of a woman on the edge. Jurman is often transfixing to watch, very funny and a fantastic clown. Well worth a watch.

It is original. It is energetic. It is modern. It is confident. It is expressive. It is athletic. It fits perfectly into the dramatic fabric of the story.
It is also purposely amped up to keep this revival of "Rent" fresh and exciting. And much like that of the original work, it allows the audience to feel the emotions conveyed in the show by every one of the characters. What's especially fun about Jurman's dance moves is that she takes chances and runs with them. Her unique take - decidedly different from that of the choreographed work of the show's predecessors - adds color, excitement and personality to the already familiar patterns, movements, styles and beats associated with "Rent." It works on every level imaginable while still maintaining the spirit, irony and excitement of the original musical and its voltage-infused choreography.
